Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, request a service, call or text us, or become a client, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in and anything you choose to tell us.
Calls and messages. Calls to our phone lines may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and the AI may take notes on your request, so we can follow up accurately. Text messages and emails you send us are stored with your contact record.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we and our service providers collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and links clicked, using cookies and similar tools.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
How we use information

Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging platform and carriers).

Work we do for clients
When we run websites, phone lines, forms or campaigns for a client, we handle that client’s customer information on the client’s behalf and according to the client’s instructions and privacy policy.

How long we keep information
