These terms govern your use of the Agency Kairos websites, phone lines, text messaging and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

These sites and services are operated by Agency Kairos, LLC, based in Houston, Texas.

Our services

Information on this site describes the branding, marketing, content and technology services we offer. Paid work is governed by a separate proposal, agreement or invoice. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Using the site

You agree to use our site and services lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, harmful or infringing content. We may suspend access for misuse.

Consultations and bookings

Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to work together. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Agency Kairos about your requests, appointments and services and, if you opted in to marketing, offers and updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

AI-assisted phone and chat

Our phone lines and chat may be answered by an AI assistant. It can answer common questions, take details and help book next steps. Information it gives is general and does not form a contract. A member of our team can follow up on anything it cannot handle.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, video, logos and design, belongs to Agency Kairos or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Third-party platforms

Our services may connect to third-party platforms such as social networks, podcast directories, payment processors and messaging providers. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is.” We work hard on every project, but we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, followers, reviews, leads or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Agency Kairos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100, unless a client agreement says otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Agency Kairos harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
