Voice Use Permission

This permission is between you, the person whose voice is recorded ("you"), and Agency Kairos. Please read it before you check the box. Checking the box and typing your name is your signature.

1. Who can sign. You are at least 18 years old, the voice is your own, and you are signing for yourself. If you name a business, you confirm you can make decisions for it. Your voice stays yours personally either way.
2. What you allow. You allow us to record and keep your voice recordings, and to use them to create a synthetic (AI) model of your voice, including a voiceprint (the "Voice Model"). We use the Voice Model only to make voiceovers and other audio for you ("Voice Content").
3. Only what you approve. We make Voice Content only when you ask for it or approve the script in writing (email or text is fine), and you approve the finished audio before it's used. We never use your voice to say anything you haven't approved.
4. Only for you. Your Voice Model is used only for your own business and personal content. We never sell, rent, share or license your recordings or Voice Model to anyone, and we never use them for other clients, for our own marketing (unless you say yes separately, in writing), or to train other voices.
5. Never for harm. Neither of us will use your voice for anything illegal, misleading, hateful or sexual, to pretend to be you in calls or messages you didn't approve, or for political ads or endorsements you didn't approve.
6. Who owns what. You own your voice, your recordings and your likeness. Once paid for, the Voice Content we make for you is yours to use. We keep the Voice Model only so we can make Voice Content for you, and it isn't ours to use any other way.
7. Security. Your Voice Model stays on our own secure studio computers. It is not uploaded to shared or outside voice services. Your recordings are kept in our private business systems. Only our team can reach them, and only to provide this service.
8. AI labels. AI-generated voices can be mistaken for real recordings. We label Voice Content as AI-generated where the law or a platform requires it, and you agree to do the same wherever you publish it.
9. Results. AI voices are close, not perfect. We check the quality before we deliver and will re-make a voiceover that doesn't sound right, but we can't promise it will sound exactly like you in every line.
10. Fees. Creating your voice is $99, which covers training, a quality check and your first sample: a complimentary 30-second explainer video in your new voice (one script of up to about 75 words, our standard style with your logo and colors, and one round of changes). Voice storage is $29 a year, starting one year after you sign up. Voiceovers after your first sample are $5 per finished minute. For each account you choose how that's billed: we send a quote for you to approve first, or we charge a card you keep on file. Larger projects are always quoted first. We never charge you for anything else without your OK. Because the $99 pays for studio time, it isn't refundable once we've started training your voice.
11. Changing your mind. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing audrey [at] agencykairos.com. We stop using your voice right away, permanently delete your Voice Model and recordings within 7 days, and confirm in writing. Voice Content you already received and published stays yours; we can't recall copies you shared.
12. How long we keep it. We keep your recordings and Voice Model only while we're providing this service. If you withdraw, if your storage isn't renewed, or if we haven't made Voice Content for you in 12 months, we delete them within 30 days (7 days if you withdraw) after letting you know.
13. Responsibility. You are responsible for the scripts you give us and for how you use your Voice Content. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
14. Electronic signature. By checking the box and typing your full name, you sign this permission electronically, which counts the same as a handwritten signature. We save a record of your name, email, the date and time, your internet address and this version of the terms, and email you a copy.
15. The rest. Our Terms and Privacy Policy also apply. If they conflict with this permission, this permission wins. Texas law applies, and any dispute will be handled in Harris County, Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
